Date Rape Drugs & Alcohol

Drinking alcohol significantly increases your risk of sexual assault. Alcohol reduces the skills needed to protect yourself from assault. Approximately 70% of sexual assaults involving college students, involve the use of alcohol.

There are a number of drugs which are also associated with sexual assault. Educate yourself about these drugs, symptoms associated with their use, and what to do if you suspect you have been drugged. Your awareness of these issues will enhance your safety.
