The Student Counseling Services self-help web page was designed to help students quickly find information on a wide range of mental health issues. Clicking on any of the Topics of Interest (to your right) will provide you with a wealth of information on the subject indicated.
Students sometimes wonder if their moods, behaviors or feelings are normal. Our on-line self assessments may help you to determine what the next step might be. All assessments are completely free and confidential. The screenings let you know if a consultation with one of our professional staff is advisable.

If after completing one or more of the screenings, you determine that you would like to talk to one of our staff members, please contact the Counseling Services to schedule an appointment. While such screenings are a valuable tool, they are best used along with a consultation with a mental health professional.
